Cruising the Fjords (7 days, 6 nights) 

Saturday 20th - Sunday 28th June

Taking time to see the Fjords and the beauty of Norway. 5 days rowing 2 days hiking.

Cruising the Fjords

Day 1 - Leave Bergen at 1400 (This allows you to get the Gatwick or Luton flight on Friday morning).

Drive to Flam through some amazing countryside. 

Once in Flam, around 1700, we will stretch our legs then get ready to row. We will start our journey rowing out of Flam, 5km towards Aurland where we will be staying on the side of the Fjord. After Check-in we will go for a hearty meal in the freshest air! 


Day 2 - Aurland to Gudvangen 30km 

Once up and ready we will continue north towards Undredal where we will stop for a break taking in the beautiful little Norwegian hamlet. From here we will make our way around the horseshoe with its high walls and tumbling waterfalls heading towards Dyrdal where we will have a late lunch. After lunch we will complete our trip, rowing into the ancient Viking village of Gudvangen. Here we will have a Viking dinner and rest up for the night.  


Day 3 - We will stay in Gudvangen for the day, taking the train to the mighty Flam Waterfall and visiting the white caves deep in the mountain. Staying the night in Gudvangen.  

Day 4 - Granvin - Ullensvang 25k 

We will transfer you to Granvin where your boats will be waiting for you. 

Rowing out of beautiful Granvin, we will make our way south towards Utne, a key stopping port in the Viking world. We will stop here for lunch. 

After lunch we will head towards Kinsarvik and then to Ullensvang, where we will stay the night. 

Day 5 - Ullensvang - Odda 30k 

We will set off towards our final destination of Odda, stopping at Fjord side-villages on the way. In the afternoon/evening we will visit the Tjørnadalsfossen waterfall. 

Day 6 - Trolltunga - 7-8 hour hike 13.6 miles

After a good breakfast we will make our way to the base camp of the Trolltunga hike, walking for 3 hours to the Tunga. We will have a packed lunch there and take pictures, before setting off back to Odda where we will have a leaving party. 


Day 7 - Travel to Bergen

We will Transfer you back to Bergen for the final day taking a tour and enjoying a
